Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Scheduler/Workflow Manager to oversee our implementation team and manage the allocation of tasks effectively. This pivotal role will ensure that client requirements are met on time and that our team of consultants works efficiently to deliver exceptional service.

This role requires someone with a strong background in ERP implementations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Task Management:

-Manage incoming tickets and client requests, allocating tasks to the appropriate implementation consultants.

-Ensure deadlines and priorities are clearly communicated and adhered to.

Scheduling and Workflow Oversight:

-Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure smooth execution of client implementations.

-Proactively identify potential bottlenecks and reallocate resources as needed.

Team Coordination:

-Serve as a liaison between clients and consultants, ensuring clear communication and alignment on expectations.

-Monitor consultants’ workloads and provide support to optimize efficiency.

Stakeholder Communication:

-Communicate effectively with clients to manage expectations and resolve issues.

-Push back diplomatically when necessary to ensure timelines and workload balance are maintained.

Process Improvement:

-Continuously evaluate task allocation and workflow processes, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

Qualifications:

Essential:

-Proven experience in a similar role involving scheduling, workflow management, or task allocation within an ERP implementation context.

-Strong understanding of ERP systems

-Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Desirable:

-Experience working in a SaaS or IT services environment.

-Familiarity with project management tools and ticketing systems.

-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to handle pressure and manage competing priorities.

-Confident and assertive with the ability to "hold your own" while working with diverse stakeholders.
